A Battle for Kids Chefs
By order of Young Perfect we designed the branding of the second edition of Albert Heijn’s Allerhande Kids Cooking Battle. Young Perfect gave the event a complet makeover and took care of this marvellous instore activation from start to finish. In 5 Albert Heijn XL stores Kids Chefs battled simultaneously competed for the title Allerhande Kids Chef 2017 and a first price cooking workshop at the Allerhande Christmas Festival.
Albert Heijn’s Allerhande Kids Cooking Battle was part of the Dutch Agri Food Week which aim among others was to encourage youngsters to cook more healthy. Enthusiastic young chefs and sous-chefs were asked to send their most tasty and healthy recipe. The best of the best were invited by Albert Heijn’s professional jury to the cooking battle held in 5 different Albert Heijn XL stores. At the store with the most registrations the young participants were welcomed by host Dutch famous rapper Yes-R!
The new event branding is fresh, colourful, young and dynamic. A cooks hat, baking pan, and previous event picture visualise the theme and target group. The background in bright green typical ‘Boerenbont’ pattern gives the branding a cheerful Dutch touch.
